AMPS is committed to data security and makes every reasonable effort to protect our customers’ privacy. Access to your consumption information, and some personal information are restricted to personnel working on the billing, and your banking information can only be accessed by Supervisors reviewing payment inquiries or problems.
All information collected is required in order to provide online services. AMPS, via its merchant account collects the following information:
Your bank or credit card account will be charged when you click the Submit Payment button. Payment will immediately post to your utility account, but may take up to two business days to be drawn from your financial institution. Payments made after the due date may not be reflected on the following month’s bill, and a previous balance may appear on the new invoice.
Any available credits will automatically be refunded upon closing of the account, otherwise, a request for refund needs to be submitted via email to randb@accuratemetering.com. Refunds / credits shall be returned to the credit card or bank account used to make the payment, or to the HOA / Property Management if the former resident cannot be reached.
